What is your experience at Intec-Heat like?
My experience at Intec-Heat has been very enriching. I joined the company a year and a half ago and, in this time, I have felt how I have grown professionally. Joining a company dedicated to a sector as particular as heat treatment is complex, however, day by day I have been able to progress in my learning and knowledge thanks to my colleagues and superiors who welcomed me from the beginning.
Do you feel that you have autonomy and that your point of view is valued in the company?
Absolutely. Intec-Heat is a very active and dynamic company where almost from the first moment you are obliged to contribute to the running of the company. That’s why, from day one, my colleagues made me feel part of the team without distinction, giving me total freedom in my actions and decisions.

I think I would highlight the possibility to grow professionally, to acquire new skills and abilities and to be part of a competent team that allows you to freely develop your tasks and new initiatives, keeping you in a constant personal challenge of growth and adaptation.
