Milestone in Spanish shipbuilding, Spain

Navantia, S.A., S.M.E delivers to the Spanish Navy the first submarine, S-81 “Isaac Peral”, in the facilities of Cartagena, Spain. The highly technological project, where INTEC-HEAT carries out the heat treatment services for the preheating of the hull welding.

This is the most important industrial project in the history of our country, positioning it among the only 11 countries in the world capable of designing and building their submarines.
