Drying of refractory material installed at the Ence Biomass Plant in Lucena, Córdoba (Spain)

INTEC HEAT has successfully completed the drying of refractory material installed by Refractarios Alfran at the Ence Biomass Plant in Lucena, Córdoba (Spain)

Before to the start of the works, a study of the plant was carried out to define the placement of the burners, fix the measuring thermocouples and optimize fuel consumption.

The works were carried out without interruption working 4 days for 24 hours / day following the drying curves provided by the manufacturer of the refractory material, ensuring a homogeneous distribution of the heat provided.
